Heroes is a local institution with those into non-mainstream music. An eclectic alternative bar with a relaxed atmosphere.
The bar is situated upstairs of a restaurant within a beautiful Tudor building along Friar Street. Inside the decor is cool with dimmed lights and an array of interesting nick-nacks to ponder over whilst supping an ale or cocktail.
Live DJ’s entertain revelers in the back bar every weekend playing a variety of the best classic Punk, Rockabilly, old school Hip Hop, Rock’n’Roll, Electronica, Funk and Northern Soul.
There’s a pool table, table football and tabletop arcade with free wifi. Happy hour 5pm – 7.30pm Monday to Friday.
